Its Board approved a distribution plan on 23 February 2026 and the bulk of the portfolio has since been sold and distributed. Shares are sold only to Puerto Rico residents, are not registered under the Securities Act of 1933, are traded only via private transactions, and cannot be redeemed from the Fund.
