Nuveen Enhanced High Yield Municipal Bond Fund is a diversified, closed-end interval fund that continuously offers common shares. It seeks tax-exempt current income primarily through investments in below investment grade municipal securities, including special situations such as defaulted or distressed issuers. The Fund's interval structure allows it to capture illiquidity premiums unavailable to traditional mutual funds by taking larger positions and allocating to less-liquid municipal securities.
