It holds high-grade US agency and municipal debt and, since February 2015, returns principal to shareholders alongside a monthly income dividend, targeting full return of the $10 initial offering price by 31 December 2032. Shares are sold only to Puerto Rico residents, are not registered under the Securities Act of 1933, and cannot be redeemed.
