Lends against contractual cash flows in niche, undercapitalized credit markets — small-business receivables, litigation finance, earned wage access, trade finance and secured athlete loans — to borrowers seeking $1m to $25m. Positions are senior or junior tranches of privately negotiated facilities, secured, short-dated and largely self-amortizing.
