1WS Credit Income Fund

1WS Credit Income Fund is a non-diversified, closed-end interval fund organized as a Delaware statutory trust, registered under the 1940 Act. The Fund continuously offers shares and seeks attractive risk-adjusted total returns through income and capital appreciation by investing primarily in structured credit and securitized debt instruments, including MBS, ABS, CLOs, CDOs, and senior/mezzanine loans. The Fund operates as an interval fund making quarterly repurchase offers of at least 5% of outstanding shares, may employ leverage through borrowings and derivatives, and has elected RIC tax treatment under Subchapter M of the Code.
