Puerto Rico Residents Bond Fund I is an unlisted closed-end investment trust organised under Puerto Rico law and advised by UBS Asset Managers of Puerto Rico. It holds US agency and Puerto Rico municipal debt and pays a monthly dividend on its units. Units are sold only to Puerto Rico residents, are not registered under the Securities Act of 1933, and cannot be redeemed.
