PIMCO Flexible Real Estate Income Fund

PIMCO Flexible Real Estate Income Fund is a non-diversified, closed-end interval fund organized as a Delaware statutory trust that has elected to be taxed as a REIT for U.S. federal income tax purposes. Managed by PIMCO, the Fund seeks current income and long-term capital appreciation by investing in income-oriented real estate and debt secured by real estate, primarily in major U.S. markets across commercial, residential, industrial, office, retail, hospitality, and niche sectors. The Fund continuously offers shares, declares income dividends daily with monthly distributions, and provides quarterly repurchase offers for 5% of outstanding shares. The Fund may use leverage through entity-level borrowings, property-level debt financing, reverse repurchase agreements, and preferred shares.
