Equalize Community Development Fund

Buys first-lien loans to small U.S. businesses that carry federal agency guarantees: SBA 504 credits secured by owner-occupied commercial property, plus USDA and Bureau of Indian Affairs programs. The fixed-rate, long-dated loans are held for current income and Community Reinvestment Act eligibility.
