Emery Partners Income Credit Strategies Fund (EPICX) is a continuously-offered, non-diversified, registered closed-end tender offer fund organised as a Delaware statutory trust. It gives a single point of access to a diversified portfolio of specialty-finance and asset-backed lending managers, co-investments and direct investments — assets that are typically short in duration, self-liquidating and lowly correlated to public markets. Shares are priced daily; liquidity is provided through semi-annual tender offers of up to 5% of net assets at the Board's discretion.
