Calamos Aksia Alternative Credit and Income Fund is a Delaware statutory trust registered as a non-diversified, closed-end management investment company operated as an interval fund. The Fund seeks attractive risk-adjusted returns and high current income by primarily investing across the private credit asset class, including direct lending, distressed debt, specialty finance, real estate credit, real assets credit, and mezzanine strategies, with the remainder allocated to liquid alternative strategies. It is sub-advised by Aksia LLC and conducts quarterly repurchase offers of 5% of outstanding shares.
