Apollo Debt Solutions BDC is a non-exchange traded, perpetual-life business development company organized as a Delaware statutory trust and externally managed by Apollo Credit Management, LLC. The Fund seeks to generate current income and long-term capital appreciation by investing primarily in directly originated senior secured loans and other debt securities made to large private U.S. borrowers (generally those with more than $75 million in EBITDA), leveraging Apollo's scaled direct lending platform.
