Variant Alternative Income Fund

The Variant Alternative Income Fund is a non-diversified, closed-end management investment company organized as a Delaware statutory trust and operating as an interval fund. It seeks to provide a high level of current income, with capital appreciation as a secondary objective, by investing a majority of its net assets in alternative income-generating investments such as specialty finance, litigation finance, real estate debt, transportation finance, trade finance, royalties, warehouse facilities, and private credit fund interests, allocated across multiple strategies in developed and emerging markets.
