VanEck CLO Opportunities Fund is a Delaware statutory trust organised on 26 September 2025 and registered as a continuously offered, non-diversified, closed-end management investment company operating as an interval fund — VanEck's first. It is advised by Van Eck Associates Corporation and sub-advised by PineBridge Investments LLC, which manages the portfolio day to day. Class I shares are offered daily at NAV; the Fund conducts quarterly repurchase offers at NAV of no less than 5% of outstanding shares. It commenced operations on 1 May 2026.
