A Part II UCI SICAV sub-fund of UBS (Lux) Private Markets, qualifying as a European Long-Term Investment Fund (ELTIF) under Regulation (EU) 2015/760. The Sub-Fund focuses on operational (brownfield) infrastructure with stable operating income; greenfield investments are capped at 20%. It invests through primary commitments to infrastructure funds, co-investments and single/multi-asset target vehicles.
