Nuveen Global Cities REIT

Nuveen Global Cities REIT, Inc. is a non-traded REIT that invests primarily in stabilized, income-oriented commercial real estate located in or around certain global cities in North America, Europe and the Asia-Pacific region. The fund is externally managed by Nuveen Real Estate Global Cities Advisors, LLC, an affiliate of Nuveen Real Estate, one of the world's largest real estate investment managers with approximately $147 billion in assets under management. The fund targets institutional-quality properties across industrial, multifamily, retail, healthcare, office and alternative property types, complemented by investments in real estate-related securities and debt. TIAA, the parent company of the sponsor, has invested $300 million in Class N shares to align interests with public stockholders.
