Nomura Alternative Income Fund is a non-diversified, closed-end interval fund registered under the Investment Company Act, organized as a Delaware statutory trust. The Fund seeks to maximize risk-adjusted total return with current income as a secondary objective by investing across global public and private credit markets through direct investments and underlying funds.
