Harrison Street Real Assets Fund LLC (formerly Versus Capital Real Assets Fund LLC) is a non-diversified, closed-end management investment company operated as an interval fund and registered under the Investment Company Act. It seeks long-term Real Returns through current income and long-term capital appreciation with low correlation to public equity and debt markets, by investing at least 80% of its net assets in real asset related investments across infrastructure, timberland, and agriculture/farmland via private funds, a Sub-REIT, public real asset securities, and private debt.
