Harrison Street Infrastructure Income Fund is a non-diversified, closed-end interval fund that seeks consistent current income and capital preservation by investing at least 80% of its net assets in income-oriented investments providing exposure to infrastructure assets. The Fund invests in infrastructure loans, asset-backed securities, private funds, preferred equity, and publicly-traded securities of infrastructure companies across regulated assets, power and renewable energy, transportation, communications and digital infrastructure, and social infrastructure sectors. The Fund offers limited quarterly liquidity through repurchase offers of 5-25% of outstanding shares and employs leverage to enhance returns.
