Coller Private Credit Secondaries (CollerCredit)

Coller Private Credit Secondaries (CollerCredit) is a Delaware statutory trust registered as a non-diversified closed-end management investment company and operated as a tender offer fund. It commenced operations on 1 July 2025 through the reorganization of C-SCOF Seed Vehicle L.P., a privately offered predecessor under common management, which contributed $460.4m of investments and cash in kind. Shares are sold monthly at net asset value; liquidity is provided through quarterly tender offers of up to 5% of net assets at the board's discretion. The adviser, Coller Private Market Secondaries Advisors LLC, is a subsidiary of Coller Capital, which agreed in January 2026 to be acquired by EQT AB; the transaction is expected to close in the third quarter of 2026 and shareholders approved a substantially identical new advisory agreement by written consent.
