Cantor Fitzgerald Infrastructure Fund is a continuously offered, non-diversified, closed-end management investment company operated as an interval fund. The Fund invests in private institutional infrastructure investment funds and public infrastructure securities, focusing on three megatrends: digital transformation, energy transition and expansion, and enhancement of aging infrastructure assets. Infrastructure assets targeted include regulated utilities, transportation, power generation, and communications assets. The Fund provides quarterly liquidity through repurchase offers of at least 5% of outstanding shares and makes quarterly distributions to shareholders.
