Booster Income Opportunities Fund

Booster Income Opportunities Fund is a continuously offered, non-diversified, closed-end management investment company operated as an interval fund. The Fund pursues high current income and attractive risk-adjusted returns by investing primarily in structured notes issued by financial institutions as senior unsecured debt. The Fund focuses on enhanced yield callable yield notes while opportunistically investing in growth notes and principal protected notes during periods of market volatility. It provides limited quarterly liquidity through repurchase offers of at least 5% of outstanding shares and may employ leverage of up to 33 1/3% of consolidated assets.
