Blue Owl Capital Corp II is an externally managed, non-diversified closed-end management investment company regulated as a BDC under the 1940 Act. The fund targets U.S. middle market companies with EBITDA between $10 million and $250 million, originating and making senior secured, subordinated, and mezzanine loans as well as equity investments. Managed by Owl Rock Capital Advisors LLC, the fund seeks to generate current income and capital appreciation through directly originated credit investments typically ranging from $10 million to $125 million with maturities of three to ten years.
